About Robin...
Robin Flashman has been in the health and wellness field for over
30 years.
Prior to becoming a Licensed Massage Practitioner in 1992, she
worked as a Licensed Optician and taught yoga in the Monroe area.
She has co-facilitated Holotropic Breathwork intensives with Forrest
combining breathwork, yoga, and meditation and is currently teaching yoga classes at the Monroe YMCA
and Yoga Circle Studio in Snohomish.
Robin is passionate about educating her clients and empowering
them to take control of their own health and wellbeing. She has a
mindful, nurturing touch and a relaxed, professional presence that
allows her to work well with a variety of clients. She has
experience working with clients who are recovering from accidents,
injuries and chronic pain, and is particularly focused on a holistic
approach with the intention to address the root cause of the injury
or illness.
Robin’s current focus is in Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage,
Myofascial Release, Swedish, CranioSacral Therapy, Tummy Temple
Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Chair
Massage, Aromatherapy, Structural Relief Therapy, Yoga as Structural
Therapy, and Massage Inside/Outside Ball Method.
She has taught Hatha Yoga for over 30 years and has training in
Iyengar Yoga, Anusara Yoga, and has taken classes in various styles
of yoga through the years.
Robin also has interests in spirituality, traveling, hiking,
gardening, reading, and co-raising a son who is now a teenager.
